Breathtaking mountain views enhance the hotel experience.

Unfortunately, the heating in our room was excessively warm, making it uncomfortable during the night. We attempted to lower it, but it remained uncomfortably hot, forcing us to leave the balcony window open despite the strong cooking odors wafting in. The noise level was also disruptive. we could hear guests closing doors and other sounds from the bar area late at night, which detracted from our overall relaxation.

The hotel's location on a hillside provided a serene atmosphere, just a short shuttle ride down to the charming town. Breathtaking mountain vistas from my expansive balcony complimented by incredibly friendly staff created an enchanting atmosphere! Dinner was delicious, making every meal an experience to remember! What a joy!

The steep hill leading up to the hotel made accessing the main attractions a bit of a trek and the room temperature was at times uncomfortably warm. A little bearable adjustment would enhance the charm!

The staff were lovely, from the receptionist to the waiters, all provided attentive service. The room featured a spacious layout, and the balcony offered a serene view of the mountains. The dinner at La Bagatelle impressed with exquisite cuisine, though the dessert prices were on the high side. The mountain view from the balcony was truly breathtaking, adding a special touch to our stay.

Staying just outside of the main street on a hillside, we couldn't get enough of those stunning views! Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were super friendly. They even helped us book reservations and transport around Gstaad.

Had a fantastic stay and loved the delicious welcome chocolates! I really enjoyed the sauna and the sun terrace to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the dinner prices are a bit on the high side, but totally worth it for the quality. 😊

I stayed for 1 night in the Comfort Double Room with Balcony, and the spaciousness was a big plus! The balcony offered breathtaking views of the mountains, perfect for chilling out. the furniture felt a bit too basic for such a nice setting.

The room had a lovely balcony with fantastic mountain views. It was spacious with a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and minibar. I enjoyed the spa facilities, which include a sauna and hammam. Free toiletries were a nice touch. The staff really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!
