Comfort double room with beautiful view and a terrace and a sofa accommodated us perfectly. Everything was nice and the staff was very helpful and exceptionally attentive. Location: the hotel was next to the mountains and a hillside with beautiful views of the Saanen valley.

I especially loved the balcony, where I could unwind and take in the stunning surroundings. The on-site restaurant exceeded all expectations, with an excellent wine list and delicious food. From the moment we walked in until check out, our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They offered a shuttle and the village was just a pleasant 15-minute walk away. The restaurant had a fantastic view and the food was outstanding. Our room on the north side was spacious and beautifully designed. The modern bathroom had great toiletries. The level of service, facilities, and staff exceeded our expectations. This hotel deserves more than 4 stars.

The hotel had a nice design with lovely views of the city. The breakfast was okay and the free shuttle service was brilliant. They also provided a map for the city, which was very helpful. The location was perfect as it was not too close to the center but not too far either.

I must admit that I was a bit disappointed by the room. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was not properly clean.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable, providing helpful and friendly service. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a sofa and terrace that offered great views over the town. The breakfast selection was varied and of excellent quality. The hotel also provided transportation to the train station and around the area, making it convenient to explore. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it as a place to return to.
